Since the 1990s, multidisciplinary artist Klaus Obermaier's artistic practice has been constantly evolving. From interactive installations to audiovisual performances, from digital scenography to video mapping, his research lies at the crossroads of art, dance and new technologies. The projection gives body to the images, and the movements of the dancers or spectators bring them to life: for Klaus Obermaier, mapping becomes a tool for visualizing the encounter between the human body and the technical device.
