Statement

We live in a connected world, where inspiration comes from our surrounding, whether it is emotions, the physical environment, people. It is a constant feed, and I try to be a translator. My work ranges from paintings to immersive interactive installations and the pursuit of new languages through technology. A lot of my work revolves around the observation of patterns, imaginary landscapes and how the human presence interacts in it. Of course, as a French person, I was taught the insatiable desire to break from past conventions, inspired by the Impressionists and the Nouveau Realists. I am often experimenting with technology, from animation to projection mappings for structures outside of the traditional format, deconstructing the image and projecting onto diverse architectures, and now using motion-tracking, allowing the audience to become part and alter the narrative. I have worked in collaboration with musicians, performers, artists, interactive designers who enriched my knowledge and experience of other mediums.
